1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SoftSync Global’s software integration services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided
SoftSync Global specializes in software integration, automation, and implementation services, including CRM, ERP, and cloud solutions. The scope of work will be outlined in the project agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information necessary for project execution.

  • Ensure timely communication and approvals.

  • Cooperate with our team to facilitate the integration process.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Clients must make payments as per the agreed pricing structure.

  • Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension.

  • Any additional work outside the original scope will incur extra costs.

5. Revision Policy and Redemption Period

  • Clients may request revisions within 14 days of project delivery.

  • Revisions must be within the original agreed scope; extensive changes may incur additional charges.

  • A redemption period of 30 days allows clients to report errors or request minor adjustments free of charge. After this period, additional modifications may require a separate service agreement.

6. Project Timeframe and Extra Costs

  • Each project has an estimated completion timeframe, agreed upon before work begins.

  • If the client requests modifications or delays approvals, the timeline may be extended.

  • If the scope of work exceeds the agreed timeframe due to unforeseen complexities, additional fees may apply.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Clients may cancel projects before execution, but non-refundable deposits may apply.

  • Refunds will only be issued if SoftSync Global fails to deliver the agreed services.

  • Partial refunds may be provided for incomplete projects at SoftSync Global’s discretion.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All work delivered remains the intellectual property of SoftSync Global until full payment is received.

  • Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the integrated software upon payment.

9. Confidentiality

  • SoftSync Global and the client agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • SoftSync Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.

  • Clients acknowledge that software integration depends on third-party platforms, and we are not responsible for their failures or changes.

11. Amendments to Terms
SoftSync Global reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
